Billing(A.R.) is easy! Payment type, invoice #, charges and credits are posted directly

from the SalesTrack system. The Billing/A.R. system includes Ageing, Statements with optional

finance charges and optional “dunning” letters– a full-featured legal Collections system is available

as an add on module. (A modular Billing system is available separate from the POS system. )

Amount(s) paid or charges automatically posted to customer’s statement, showing multiple payment types, invoice #, and date sold.

Past Due, running balance can be expanded to show A.R. details over any period of time.
