Profit Analysis may become the most valuable tool of your
business! All sales
produced through SalesTrack can be analyzed as follows: First, sales can narrowed down by
selecting a product type (see below - “Oil Parts”). Second,
any of the headings (see below –
“Markup”) can be clicked in order to sort that column of sales
data. Finally, the “SEL”
column
is used to select exact data to then be totaled up to display average “Sold
for” and
“Cost”
prices as well as Average
Markup. This selected data can then
be exported directly
to: Custom Reporting, MS Excel,
MS WORD, MS Outlook, PDF’s or
to a Web Pages.
(A
range of dates can be also be selected to view Sales data over any time
period. Other
analysis
not shown is profit analysis by employee or sales rep).
